The trip is 6 days and 5 nights with three full days of spearfishing with pangas. Additional days can be added by request; these days are independent of Diving for a Cause.
The cost is $850 for the diver and the following is included:
Lodging for 6 days and 5 nights, Triple occupancy
Pangas for the week in LaPaz, diving for 3 full days
All three meals
Lodging tax
These costs are the sole responsibility of each diver and are paid on arrival to LaPaz by each individual diver.
Roundtrip airfare costs are the responsibility of each participant. DFAC will help coordinate arrivals into Los Cabos airport or LaPaz airport, so divers can taxi together to Palapas Ventana from the airport and share the costs of the van transportation
$40-1 week fishing license
$30 suggested tip for boat captain and don't forget hotel service tip also.
Spearfisherman with Diving For A Cause can bring their non-diver partners on the adventure too!
For the non-divers, the cost is $580, and they will enjoy the same 6 day trip, just no diving and couples can share their own palapa if they wish-
Private Palapas for two is additional $70 per person
While their partner is out spearfishing, they can get a massage, take a cooking class, go shopping in LaPaz, kayak, snorkel, learn Stand Up Paddle Boarding...and more.
Non divers can also join on the boat for $85 per person
Please submit Application by December15,2016 for the LaPaz trip in 2017.
Please identify which trip you are planning to attend.
DFAC can only subsidize 8 divers on this trip, final 8 divers will be notified by December 20,2016.
For both trips in 2017, deposit of $300 must be submitted by January 20, 2017 with final payment of $550 due Feb 20, 2017.
Application can be emailed or mailed with the names and trip you are interested in attending.
Liability Release and Express Assumption of Risk Form must be submitted with payment.

Group Travel Protection Plan
Community Service: Bring comfortable shoes, clothes and work gloves that you don't mind getting "dirty". We have several projects we will be working on for the local community.
School Supplies: Gather your pens, pencils, crayons and paper for the schools. The divers will be bringing bags provided by DFAC that will carry these supplies to the needy schools of the community. DFAC will cover the extra baggage fee for these items and place them in the hands of the children who will benefit from them.

Refund Policy
I understand that Diving For A Cause will incur costs associated with airfare, lodging, and other accommodations to facilitate my participation in this event. I further understand that all of these costs are nonrefundable to DFAC. As such, in the event of my cancellation, I recognize that any and all fees paid to Diving For A Cause in payment of my participation shall be non-refundable.
